Do you offer any gluten free or sugar free items?
We currently offer Gluten Free Vanilla and Chocolate Cupcakes & Cakes.
Disclaimer: All items both gluten free and non are made in the same kitchen, including ovens. We cannot guarantee that there will be no risk of cross contamination, although we do try our best to ensure it. Gluten Free Cakes and Cupcakes must be ordered in advance. Cupcakes have a minimum order amount of 1 dozen. At this time, we do not offer items that are sugar free.

Do you offer nut free products?
Nuts are usually presented visibly on baked goods or cupcakes, or typically is shown with an icon. Due to the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee items are nut free.

Our cakes and cupcakes are stored cold, why is that?
To ensure a great tasting product that is safe to eat, we keep our cakes and cupcakes refrigerated. We use fruit, vegan butter and cream cheese in our fillings and frostings. We do recommend that if you are enjoying your item right away, that you let it sit out at room temperature. If the cake or cupcake is to be enjoyed tomorrow, keep it in the fridge and remove about 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.

Do you ship your products?
As much as we would love to provide southern sweetness all over the country, at this time we currently DO NOT ship our items. Follow us on our socials to stay updated when we start shipping.

How much time in advance do you need to place an order?
Most orders can be accommodated with 3 business days notice. Orders are not accepted through email, social media or voicemails. Please see our ordering menu.

I found a photo of a cake I like, can you replicate it exactly?
While we love customers who come prepared with what they want to order, each decorator is different including their own styles and skills. We prefer to use a photo as inspiration as we are typically using different size cakes and materials that the photo shows. We do however, will work with you to come up with a design that you will love!

Can you match my color(s)?

We do not guarantee exact color matches, but we work hard to create a color that closely resembles the colors you provide. Please understand that colors often look somewhat different when printed from an e-mailed photograph.


The cake I want has a figurine / cake topper. Can you supply it?
While we don't typically order cake toppers and figurines for your cake, we can definitely place them and design the cake around them. Please bring those items in ahead of picking up your order so we have enough time to place them.

Do you deliver?
We use a food delivery service (Door Dash) that can usually accommodate delivery requests. If you prefer to pick up your items you may select that option on the Door Dash app.

What if I need to cancel my order? 

If paid in full, a 75% refund or a 100% store credit will be issued for any cancellations that are made 72 hours before the date of a custom order. If there was only a deposit placed on the order, a store credit will be given of the deposit amount. We do not refund any portion of the purchase price for orders canceled less than 72 hours before the due date and time.
